In addition to workshops in North America, at Crows Nest, and Europe, Mikkal is available for shamanic consultation sessions, called 'fire talks' for personal healing as well as apprenticeship and training. These sessions run $125.00 USD per hour and are scheduled as needed and suits your schedule. Time zones are coordinated. Fire Talk sessions will soon be available on SKYPE.
'Fire Talks' take place in a sacred space, usually around a fire, or each person sitting by their altar and candle if by long distance. The transaction is heart-to-heart, what in the curanderismo healing traditions of the Americas is called "platicas del corazon" (conversations of the heart). They are based on the ancient shamanic wisdom of "corazon cura corazon" (heart heals heart). They are very deep, unguarded, and open exchanges that truly get to the heart of things, and support you in finding a way forward, and in learning. You might bring to mind the dialogues and inquiries taking place between don Juan Matus and the young Toltec apprentice Carlos Castaneda, sitting on the miranda, or out in a desert canyon sitting around a fire under the stars. A heart talk is a relationship form that works for healing (trauma, soul loss,grief), for discovering or enacting a vision for one's life and work, and for apprenticeship/training in shamanic healing and counseling or coaching practice. It is also the transpersonal format in which Mikkal works with individuals undergoing spiritual emergencies, difficulties with altered states, visionary activity that is confusing or problematic or troubling: kundalini awakenings, powerful dreams and other such phenomena in extreme states.

Payment is easily made through PayPal, so you will need to share your email address. For ease of payment you can use debit card or credit card from anywhere in the world. It is also possible to travel to Crows Nest Center for Shamanic studies and work in person with Mikkal. People may fly into the South Bend, IN Regional airport and arrange to be picked up. A weekend with Mikkal can be used for deep and intensive work, such as the healing of trauma, for clarifying your future or reomoving obstacles, as well as for intensive training in shamanic practices. Normally Mikkal schedules a weekend intensive from Friday night 8pm until Sunday noon, and works with you in approximately 8 one hour fire talks, spaced over those days. In between you do assigned inner work, rest, relax, do some journaling to help integrate. The cost for 8 hours is $1,250.00. You will be given some guidance in preparing for a weekend intensive.
It is also possible to sdchedule longer sessions with Mikkal on site or at a distance,The charge is simply adjust. A 2-hour fire tallk costs $250.00, a 3 hour fire talks is 400.00.
